1. Services

vigarii provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, chemical balancing, and equipment care services as detailed in our service catalog. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice, though we will inform active customers accordingly.

2. Service Requests & Scheduling

All service appointments are subject to availability. Clients must provide accurate information when booking. vigarii will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates and times but cannot guarantee specific slots unless previously confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via approved methods listed on our website. Failure to timely pay may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid cancellation fees. vigarii reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for short-notice changes or missed appointments.

5. Liability

vigarii will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, natural wear and tear, or misuse by the client. Clients should notify us immediately of any issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access to the pool area and ensure that all pets and children are kept away during service times. Any special instructions or pool equipment details should be communicated in advance to allow proper care.

7. Water Safety & Chemicals

Our chemical treatments comply with industry safety standards and are designed for safe use around people and pets. Clients acknowledge that swimming immediately after chemical treatment may involve risks and agree to follow any advised waiting periods.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected during service provision is subject to our Privacy Policy and handled in accordance with data protection laws. We do not share client data with unauthorized third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London.

10. Changes to Terms

vigarii reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
